How do I participate at the Annual Meeting?

1. You participate as a member

As a member of Jönköping Student Union you are eligible to participate the meeting.

During the meeting you are eligable to:

  • Ask questions
  • Submit a claim. See the annual meeting guide for more info.
  • Speak in favor of one of the candidates for the vacant positions. More info in the Annual Meeting guide.
  • Speak in favor of your own proposition.
  • Apply on the spot for the vacant positions. More info in the Annual meeting guide.

2. You participate as a delegate

As a delegate, you possess all the rights as a JSU member have in addition to that you can vote. Read more about this in the Annual Meeting guide.

3. Audience

If you are not a member at the Student Union you still have the possibility to participate at the Annual meeting. Please send a request to president@js.ju.se. During the Annual meeting, the meeting itself will vote if you can participate.
